Wondering if anyone knows of/works for some of the big developers in the NY area, CT like Stamford even OK. Asking because starting to realize I want to focus on multifamily rather than other commercial such as retail, office, etc. Think similar to Greystar. Difficulty breaking in after UG? Comp? What do the deals look like?
