Institutional Fund 1031 Exchanges
For anyone that has worked at or is familiar with large institutional real estate investors such as invesco or Blackstone, do they do 1031 exchanges? Is it typically part of their investment strategy or is it not possible for publicly traded funds to do 1031s? Interested if potential 1031 repeal will affect these firms.
