Interested in transitioning into RE - Wharton vs. Ross MBA

Looking to pivot into RE (Development, Acquisitions, or PE) from a consulting background. Admitted into Wharton, with no financial aid, and Ross, with a full ride. Really like Ross and am leaning towards going there as a debt-free degree is extremely appealing, but also thinking I would be a fool to pass up Wharton. Thoughts on what to do?

 Ross, with a full ride.

For me, this would be the world's easiest decision..... take the prestigious free degree!!! UM Ross is very well respected in RE (I mean, say hello to Stephen!) and has a strong national alumni base in real estate. If you had to pay for both, then whole range of questions to ask, and yeah Wharton may come up on top. But with a free ride vs. full fee.... no debate in my mind!

Congrats!!!
