Currently a freshman in college wanting to break into RE IB. I want to get some work exposure/experience in RE buy-side before dedicating 2-3 years of my life in banking. Ideally would want to work at a REIT. Curious as to what type of work an intern or analyst at a REIT would do as well as how getting an internship at a REIT would work. Any help would be great!
