Internship help!!
Hey everyone. If I ultimately want to get a BB ib internship my junior year, how relevant would a CRE internship be at a respected firm?

No he's saying unless the BB IB you want to work at is RE, the internship won't be relevant. CBRE isn't an investment bank, they're a RE brokerage.

CBRE is a services firm. You can get some finance exposure if you are joining a debt/equity, IS team, or maybe valuation. If you are joining a leasing or property management team, the skill set will not be transferable.
Did valuation internship before working for BB. I am in lending not IB.
