Interview Question - Pitch a deal, what makes it good or bad
Hey guys, young RE professional with the task of pitching a live deal in an interview. This can be any deal I've worked on in the past and why I think it's a good deal vs not. This includes how I would capitalize it. Not too many specifics on the pitch itself, I think they want to see my thought process even if it's wrong.
Anyone have any experience with this? Any advice on what to read/learn to be able to do this?
Great question, would love to hear people's thoughts on this
Same haven't seen much on here that's similar and it's something common I've heard from people I've spoken to.
