Investing Resources and Table Stakes Materials

I moved from equities into multifamily a few years ago and I didn't really consider the possibility that there would not be a list of readings that is not required but highly recommended or that I would have trouble finding them. Similar to how a few dozen investors sort of took value based investing and fundamental bottom up business analysis and created their own strategy, I am eager to read about the group of investors that developed and institutionalized the value added or any operator/forced appreciation based investing approach.

as an analyst at a long/short research/fundamental driven hedge fund with a traditional PM, analyst/research role, youll be exposed to Greenblatt, Bruce Greenwald, Maubaussin, Miller, and many more.

GUYS AT SMALLER, SPECIALIZED, MULTIFAMILY FUNDS - is there a recommended reading list passed around to new hires?

What literature, research, just any material, is out there to educate and learn about how the professionals executed over time
