I have an interview with a full service commercial real estate firm. They primarily do brokerage but they have an investment management arm that focuses on office and industrial opportunistic development opportunities and also assets that need heavy re-positioning.
This will be the first interview so I don't expect to get grilled with super technical questions or excel modelling tests, even though I am prepared for that. I was wondering- what lower level questions should I expect?
and if you are maybe willing to provide a hypothetical answer that sounds slick..well that would be super helpful as well haha
