Investment Commercial Real Estate Analyst Internship

I have an interview next week with Marcus and Millichap, one of the largest commercial real estate investment firms in the country. I realize that this is different from most topics here, but I would like some input regarding my upcoming interview.

I'll be reading up on the company a bit, as well as doing some research on the recent commercial real estate markets and trends prior to the interview.

What kind of questions/topics should I prepare to discuss?
What kind of questions would be suitable for me to ask them?
