Hey all,
Looking for some advice/guidance on a tool i'm making for automating/drafting IC memos with detailed information pulled from CIMs, VDRs, and previous deal memos. Would love to get your opinion on it and any thoughts. Would this be useful? Plus does anyone have any example memos that I could use to use as a reference.
