Investment process?
Anyone seen the investment process post that @Simple As..." Posted? Would really appreciate if someone with some more experience here would be willing to do a similar post or at least just provide some commentary on their investment process?
Would especially be interested in terms of finding new or contrarian strategies in the real estate world i.e. some of the more recent movie/tv production space deals that have been occurring which seem to be new and different
