Investment Sales Broker - Resume Advice
When looking at prospects who have come from investment sales as a broker what are you looking for? Aim is the principal side of the industry. Revising my resume and want to make sure I'm covering all bases. Main points are how much I've underwrote/analyzed, $ amount for closed deals, other more admin related tasks, and what metrics I focused on during our DD/high level valuation of a property.
