I have an offer to join a hotel capital markets team (at one of the top brokers) in a primary market. I could really use some advice on what to expect. If anyone has had similar experience, I would appreciate the opportunity to PM back and forth a bit on questions I have about what to expect, "good" deal flow size for context, compensation, future opportunities, etc.Thank you!
