Investment Sales Internship
Hi Everyone-I have been talking to a large RE firm (think Eastdil, HFF, CB) about interning for their Investment Sales team on the west coast. Would this be a good internship opportunity before my senior year? Also would you guys recommend interning for Investment sales or Debt/equity placement? Would this type of internship make me a competitive candidate for most real estate analyst positions once I graduate? Thanks and I look forward to hearing everyone's responses!
