Does anyone know what the pay would be for a first year investment sales/debt&equity analyst at a JLL/CBRE in DC?

About 6 years ago I had an associate offer for one of those shops in DC at about $65-70k + bonus. Been a minute though, maybe the money's gotten better, hope so.
