Has anyone heard of a investment sales analyst going into real estate investment banking? Let's say after 2 years of I-Sales someone would lateral to an analyst role in REIB?
I know the modeling is different, I-Sales very asset level, and REIB more portfolio level, but I would assume there would be some overlap.
