Have an interview coming up in a few weeks. Was told that I'll be given all instructions and data necessary to underwrite a deal. I imagine that, at the most, it'll be a broker's OM. Following the modeling portion, I'll have to present to an investment committee about whether to pursue this investment (upside, downside risk, credit tenancy, sub-market analysis, product type analysis).
Does anyone have experience with this or have suggestions about what are the Key Topics to include in this presentation to the investment committee?
