Anyone know what how principles/VP’s at places like CBRE, JLL, Newmark made out when they went public? I am at a similar shop with the opportunity to get stock and trying to get a sense of what the potential outcomes are. Can’t imagine it’s the kind of return a hot tech start up gets, but how good (or bad) is it?
