SPIN sell and hit the phones, I'm on the record saying I hate cold calling but the more shit you throw against the wall the more will stick. Of course, cold calling is the easy part I think, there's a lot more to this than just making 200+ calls per week. You have any good tips?

My first ever internship was at a broker dealer cold calling. I was doing 300+ a day. Ring three times then best number. Sounds like a good prospect, pass to my boss and continue to dial on the other phone.
How long to wait before following up with someone who said he would sent you t12/rent roll but didn't send it yet?
The day after they said they would, and then once or twice every week or two thereafter. Our business constantly straddles that fine line between annoying and persistence.
