Is CRE dying?
Hi everyone - undergrad here, completed internships in CRE the past two summers, thinking about full-time. In your opinion, is CRE a dying industry? Would young undergrads be better off going into another area of investing?

Well... if you're asking the question, why do you think it could potentially be dying? What do you think is going to happen to all the buildings, and where are people going to go..?
For those asking if now is a good time to invest, it's questions like this that explain why people get so rich in real estate!
I’d look into CRE tech, huge room for growth. The great thing about Real Estate is that it’s one of the last large inefficient markets left in the country.
No sir, I don’t think the buildings are going anywhere.
And yes if you don’t believe in CRE then you should probably find something else.
real estate is mostly over, we are all moving to the forest after this cycle.
Shade and shelter, until the day people can't build their own homes or stores, someone's gotta build it
