Hi everyone - undergrad here, completed internships in CRE the past two summers, thinking about full-time. In your opinion, is CRE a dying industry? Would young undergrads be better off going into another area of investing?

I’d look into CRE tech, huge room for growth. The great thing about Real Estate is that it’s one of the last large inefficient markets left in the country.
