Is Real Estate Software- the future of Real Estate Industry?

Hi, from past few years Real Estate is a booming business and the achievement of this business completely depends on the result of the intervention of the modern technology and competition. As a result, a most of the people in the real estate industry prefer to use the real estate software solutions to stay in front. If you want to build business value, establish operational priorities, increase sales distribution channel as well as concentrate your business on constant development in a unique, ambitious way then you must acknowledge a well-intentioned, trustworthy, technically perfect real estate software solution. Am I right? Just wanted to get peoples thought about using Real Estate Software.

Yes, but the issue arises that real estate is a fairly nuanced business that revolves around knowledge. If you're knowledgeable enough to build a comprehensive software to sell, you're likely knowledgeable enough to make money by being in the industry itself.

Further, the industry scales like few others. You can make just as much money, if not more, doing $5M - $10M deals as compared to $150M+ deals. Thus, there's a high level of entrepreneurship which translates into small to medium-size local firms not being able to afford high end software solutions.

There's a lot of $$$ out there for an ideal software solution, but none exist that I have seen to date.

I think the transaction process is one that will be modernized and improved through software over the next decade or so. Specifically, an application of blockchain and/or NFTs to reduce the middle man and increase the speed of a transaction. Imagine, all of a property's information and data from inception is stored with its online entity, and a closing is a simple as a refreshed PCA, and sending the NFT URL. Ideal, but would definitely have a positive impact.
