A good resource for what? This is an incredibly vague question.

It's generally an excellent resource for figuring out which brokers are doing well, or want you to think they're doing well.  Most of the content is self-promotion from them.  It can be decent for finding links to more in-depth articles or op-eds from other sources.

Like are there insights credible? is what i mean too

What insights?  Again, use your words.  This is way too vague for anyone to answer.

I am sure, at some point over the history of the publication, The Real Deal has had an "insight" of value.  But they are primarily a trade rag - they only publish the stories people send in (aside from some listicles), and while that can be interesting, by definition there will be very little "insightful" there, because they're reporting what other people say and do.

this guy loves talking down on people, wonder who hurt him?

Just trying to help people out!  Both the OP, who should learn to think for themselves, and everyone else, who doesn't need to be bothered with such a dumb question!

I'm not sure what TRD is like for non NYC circulation but here its lot of fluff. Its kind of like "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" for NYC RE people. Its better than nothing but free stuff like Bisnow is better. Perhaps its best as a resource for those entrenched in the luxury condo world. In NYC for subscription circulation Commercial Observer is better even though I loath to give Jared a cent. I love my Real Estate Alert and Commercial Mortgage Alert but from what I understand they are pretty expensive if your company isn't providing them.
