Is There A Forum for Debt Placement?
I'm looking for a mezz lender that's willing to look at a deal with some hair on it, but has lots of compensating factors. I've exhausted my contacts, and I'm wondering if there is anywhere to post a some highlights of a scenario to see if there's a group out there that might take on the particular risk with compensating factors. Looking to place > $20MM.

Score a deal? I have a potential deal I'm looking to bring a group in on. I didn't say this website, I said is there a forum... Not trying to take advantage of the site. I'm at a really small shop, just started, and they're ready to give up on something unique that I think could be pretty interesting to the right group. Just trying to see if there's good sites to connect for stuff like that. Are you guys serious about LI? Are there groups for such things?
What asset class? The Discord channel might be useful.
