Is there an efficient way to lookup zoning/density requirements for a portfolio of properties?
Hey there,
I was recently promoted from a pure acquisitions role into a role that covers both acquisitions and development. Having never spent much time looking through muni codes etc, I realized I’m not very efficient when it comes to looking up zoning (and what each zoning codes translates to in terms of density). Does anyone here have some good tips on how to most efficiently/quickly lookup zoning/density at a series of addresses?
TLDR; how do I quickly lookup zoning for a portfolio of properties?
