Is there such thing as affordable housing in Miami?
Are there affordable housing developers in Miami? I know there’s a lot of multi family and other asset classes but I’m not sure of affordable housing. Tried to do a search but couldn’t find it.
I am sure there are plenty. Go look at the bond offerings from the Florida Housing Authority, and whichever projects are in those issues in the Miami area, you can probably google your way to who the developer is.
Thanks for the response. I looked on their website and they don’t have readily available bond offerings, i think to view them you have to be accredited / through a PPM. I’m probably looking in the wrong place, do you know where? Thanks again

Do you have access to SDC? I’d do a run for housing deals in public finance. Maybe reach out to LIHTC syndicators. The other option is MuniOS instead of EMMA as it’s easier to filter, but won’t have all deals.
