Is this a good moment to invest in real estate in Lebanon?

The adage "Invest in real estate and you'll never lose" is one that everyone has heard, many people believe, and only a select few actually put into practise. One thing this select few have in common is that they have looked beyond what was mentioned and concluded that patience and long-term investing are the only ways to succeed in real estate. In 2022, the Lebanese real estate market will be just like this. Since things began to deteriorate for Lebanon in 2019, the home market has seen a sharp drop in real estate values. However, a real estate renaissance phenomena is being seen in 2023, with the demand curve swinging upward as a result of investments made by various Lebanese, especially those working in the gulf countries. Let's go back in time a few years. Due to the nature of its activities, Lebanon was compared to Switzerland as having one of the best banking industries globally. As a result, Lebanese people around the world have more confidence in their government and are motivated to save all of their money in Lebanese bank accounts since they know that their investments will yield amazing returns. Major shock alert: the depositors now have lost all of their supposed liquidity cash flows, turning the Lebanese dream into a nightmare. As a result, there is now a barrier of mistrust between the Lebanese people and anything banking-related, and any funds raised are no longer being saved in Lebanese banks.
