I don't know much about the valuation of any of the brokerages but the sell off seems over done?

To be fair, brokerages can be easily replaced by a centralized website like Zillow. They are basically realtors that put their deals on the firm's website rather than Zillow.

Holy bad take
Generally I think this is a bad take - but putting that aside you are showing just how little you know about real estate services as an industry if you think their business is just brokers selling buildings for institutions. Most of the money these company’s make are from outsourced corp services (tenant rep brokerage, project management/BTS, property management/FM, etc.) to F500 companies like Microsoft Amazon, Bank of America.
