JLL D/E Analyst Interview prep

Hi all, I have an upcoming interview for a D/E analyst position at JLL. I don't have any info really, besides the interview is in-person, with a few from the team ranging from analysts to the head of the group, and the meeting is blocked off for 30 minutes. Would be great to hear of experiences or how best to prepare. Since it's only 30 minutes, I'm assuming there will be no test? I am an experienced hire, so not sure if they would need to test me. Any and all info is greatly appreciated. The team is ex-HFF if that helps. Thank you in advance!

Yeah, highly doubt there's a test given what you've said. I'm sure it's more of a "is he/she a good fit" interview i.e. would they like working with you if hired. On another note, it's surprising to hear d/e is even hiring given the capital markets are near frozen. I assume it must be a pretty good team, but even the best teams are seeing significant deal flow decline right now, so I wonder what types of transactions are driving their revenue. Probably debt funds if I had to guess... that or they just need more help packaging/sizing loans b/c more owners are taking the market's temperature.

Thanks. Without giving too much away, this will be my first formal interview with the group/company. I have not even interviewed with HR (skipped that step I guess). So, I really just have no idea what to expect. From searching the forum, it seems like there are multiple rounds of in-person interviews usually, but they also usually probably have a few rounds before what I will be walking into first.
