Curious if anyone is seeing this happen. I suppose it could be structured as an incentive management type of arrangement given the fact that it's hard to justify a promote on a core low IRR deal. Even if the operator sources the deal off market, would an LP be willing to do this?

See the article on the Kushners on Bloomberg yesterday, pretty interesting. It seems they are junior partners (sometimes less than 2%) on most of their deals.
I know it's not all Core but it looks like quite a bit is.
