Good experience there though? Seems like on the retail leasing side they've been very successful.
We never actually transacted with them. We’ve just repeatedly had to tell them to stop trying to sell buildings that aren’t for sale and that we are not sellers. I don’t think this has stopped them, though.
Crazy lol.
It's wild to me how much time brokers spend selling buildings that aren't for sale.
It's always the same couple guys too, like bro you just sent me my own building that isn't for sale.
