I'm in process for an associate-level role at Kennedy Wilson in their mothership LA office. Does anyone have insight into culture/people there, or any other color?
I was surprised to see hardly any discussion historically in the forum about them.

Highly thought of shop in SoCal. I know they just launched a debt fund not long ago backed by some very reputable players. Our contacts over there are sharp people. I only have worked with them on their debt arm so I cant speak to other areas.
They have been around forever.. like of the earlier founded dedicated real estate investment managers. Not sure about the LA office in particular, but they are well regarded in the industry, very solid reputation.
Top shop in LA, a lot of verticals inside it though.

Definitely good reputation. It's going to be helpful to have that on your resume. Not sure about the culture, though.
What group are you interviewing for? Acq, AM, debt?
