Can anyone provide some insight on what a first round interview with the firm looks like? Are they mostly behavioral or technical as well? Have seen a few old threads but nothing major

Major fact.
KKR has about eight pet schools and posts directly on their campus job boards (from what I saw and remember, it doesn’t even include all the Ivies). Everyone else needs to have an inside connect.
For FT, they use headhunters.
CPI is their headhunter but I couldn’t get them to respond to me until I got an investment banking job lol
