Knakal joining Matthews
Bob was seen leavings Matthews war room after Kyle gave him a bearhug. Everyone at Matthews is hyped about this legend joining the Matthews brand. A lot of people consider this putting Matthews above JLL, possibly CBRE in a couple years thanks to this talent. Newmark had made an offer to Bob, but he turned it down. Something about being worth way more than the recently bought "talent" there and not meshing well with Lavender.
Any thoughts on this?

Without knowing Bob at all, but knowing many “Bob-types”, I’m sure he just wants to land somewhere that will let him be. He probably has a phenomenal book of business and just wants a place that will let him do as he pleases until he rides off into the sunset.
