Career Resources
They are legit. Pretty small shop based in Venice, have relationships with some sexy capital providers and have done a lot of high profile deals over the last 5-6 years. They invest in a lot of different spaces--multi, hotel, etc. and are pretty strong. I know a couple of guys that work there and they are sharp. Culture seems fairly laid back.
Would echo this. Really well respected and have a reputation of hitting projects out of the park.
