Land Sale Brokers?

Hi All,

This might sound like a very dumb question, but could you guys point me in the direction of a few big brokers that are focused on selling land only? Meaning selling just the land without properties/development.

I found this one online: https://www.landsofamerica.com/ but was wondering if there are other big names that specialize in that?

Thank you so much!

That is all I do. I almost entirely sell infill urban land, and I'm a partner on a top tier land team in a very hot market. I absolutely love it! There are definitely land specific teams that focus on exactly that, but they are extremely rare to find. Big shops have them, and there are a few lone wolfs in land, but by an large, most brokerage shops don't have a team (but they are definitely trying to build them now with all the money flowing in). PM me if you want to chat more about the business or have any specific questions and I can point you in the right direction.

CBRE does have a land only group called the "land services group" or just "land." They don't operate independently, but are part of investment sales. Capital Markets, Investment Sales, Land.
