LandVision software-sourcing off market assemblages and development sites

I wanted to reach out and see if anybody has a subscription for LandVision, whether through your company, through someone you know or yourself. I am in search for someone who has access to the software who would allow me to get on their account so I can put together a list of land sites and assemblage opportunities. I've used the software at my previous company and it's extremely effective and efficient. I would be willing to pay a fair amount for the ability to get access to this software when I need to. I'm only focusing on one city and find this software to really make finding sites much more efficient. Let me know if you guys want to make some extra money on the side by helping a guy out. Also, if you guys know of any other good software programs out there that make life easier for finding assemblages and development opportunities, I’d love to hear about them.
