Language AI for Lease review?
Does anyone use ChatGPT to help them understand leases or even just give them a list of all lease sections? I work in Asset Management and have to review leases from our lawyers for accuracy. Maybe I can implement an AI language tool to help with that? What programs/models are needed? Just basic ChatGPT, paid version, "Claude"(?), or something else?
Besides lease abstraction/review, is anyone using it for something else in their role?
