Large asset valuations salary and bonus.

Hi guys just wondering how much you guys get paid for valuing large assets 30mill plus in city like office highrise and large develolment. And what are the bonuses like and fee split. As obviously fees are bigger. Also if you know anyone who is doing valuations. I.e. I am talking about appriasals valuations not valuation analyst roles.People on here give valuers heaps of shit for it being a miserable job. But I've heard some pretty great work life balances with some baller pay packets that actually kick acquisitions and REPE pay out of the park at entry level inc associate. This is working for a firm not on your own.talking about someone CPV qualified.
