Honestly I kept thinking of a response to make but you seem to have it under control. Just get your story down and kick ass. You got this

Given your background and post, you seem to have it together. I've had a few interviews with real estate groups and I was asked accounting questions which is something you haven't mentioned in your post. For example, how does the following affect the 3 financial statements: sell PPE for $300 plus a $100 gain?

As to your actual question regarding behavioral questions and brainteasers. Examples of teamwork, leadership, and research are a good start. Might want to think about a time where you had to work with a person/group who was difficult to work with and how you handled the situation, your biggest accomplishment, etc. If you're personable, you should be fine. Brainteasers are a crap shoot. Just make sure you work out the solution out loud. Speak through the problem and let your interviewer hear your thought process and reasoning behind each assumption you make. Good luck.

a firm like LaSalle isnt going to ask you accounting questions... maybe a REIB group at a BB.
