Thanks, that's what I thought. Is that just to keep them near the rest of the Real Estate Group? Real estate seems interesting to me, but I don't know if I want to be separated from the main office. How is the REIB viewed in terms of quality?
The rest of the RE team is at 399 as well. Don't know the kinds of deals they work on, but I know that they do work pretty hard.
Thanks for the response; I was wondering if you could answer a couple more. Out of all the other industry groups, do any stand out as far as the amount of modeling they do? How about distinct group cultures within LB? Thanks.
