I am a newish associate at a mid size family office. I have been tasked with coming up with a better way to track tenant options within a 3M SF of commercial office. Any ideas or templated. I was planning to sift through leases and create a tracker in excel, but if anyone has a more mainstream way that would be great. (Assume everyone will say AI)
