Leasing Commissions - Existing Tenants
Got a question for those who own retail centers or maybe even office spaces. Looking at a couple retail deals with services related tenants. The leases don't mention anything of broker leasing commissions. It looks like there was a tenant rep broker involved awhile back. I am sure he makes some commissions on renewals, but cant find any language to it. Have you ran into situations like this? I am assuming a new owner has to abide by the previous leasing commission contracts.
