Lending Analysis & Risks *Resources??*

Hey guys I'm looking for some kind of pdf / power point / handbook style resource for a balance sheet lender approach to identifying and mitigating risks. Looking for more bullet point style, not a 500 page text book. Office or retail focused preferably, but anything will help. Or if you care to share anything that comes to mind that would be helpful too.

Things like: Anchor tenant lease expiring: Say it's 3 years in to the loan....When would you implement a sweep/cash management? 6 months in advance? When to release.

How you determine $ amount for interest reserves / TILCs

Any Metrics you may look at: Occupancy costs; Tenant sales PSF; etc.

Risks related to "x" and mitigating those risks: shadow anchor Co-tenancy risks New inventory coming into the market

I have already found things like the OCC handbook pdf, but was curious if anyone else had anything they could share. Thanks in advance for contributing.
