Lesser-known shops in the LA area?
Hi all,
Does anybody know of any legitimate but lesser known shops in the LA area? Everybody is aware of the bigger ones (PCCP, Oaktree, ACORE, etc.) but mainly looking for a list of smaller shops that'll still offer quality real estate investing / development experience...hidden gems, so to speak.

GPs are everywhere out in LA
My bad, am primarily looking for LPs but the above has been helpful so far. Just want to get a general sense of what’s out there.
Artemis and Cottonwood are probably the 2 biggest ones that are local, tons of family offices around the area too which would put you on the LP side
