Does anyone have extensive experience executing 4% bond deals that would be interested in some consulting work? Please DM if so. We are looking to hire at market hourly rate for assistance...market rate developer getting into affordable space and need help with nuts and bolts execution including detailed underwriting, bond applications, soft funds pursuits, etc. Thanks!
I don't know anyone who does this but I do know some firms that will run the process for you. Much more expensive... but presumably you only need to use them once and then you'll have the roadmap to do it yourself.
