Straight forward as topic states. Not in the space, but curious what momentum there is atm or looking ahead...
Also, are/have you explored utilizing prefab/modular/manufactured in the builds?

Pretty sure we just had this convo like 6-10 weeks back. I don't think it's changed much. But no have sizing and pricing but not many transactions going on.

Missed that thread…yeah it’s a tough environment. The interest rates and costs of opex surely don’t supplement deals penciling. Thanks though.
