I am coming across a number of LIHTC General Partnership interest opportunities. I am unsure how to evaluate these. Does anyone know how this is done effectively? Would love to pick someone's brain on this.

Investment objective? Time left on compliance period? Structure with TC investor? Deferred Dev fee balance?
The objective is to net the highest purchase price for the GP interest within a reasonable amount of time
