LIHTC Syndicators: Fees Collected

Currently working on the mortgage/ debt side of an affordable housing lender (think CBRE, Lument, Berkadia, etc). Do the LIHTC (acquisitions/ tax syndications) guys make some kind of a similar fee for arranging the equity/ tax credits for developers? How is this fee calculated?

Thank u!
