I hate to be "that guy" but honestly it's going to be the same list it always is. CBRE, HFF, JLL (maybe a little less JLL actually), Colliers International, Cushman, Cassidy, Eastdil, etc.

agreed ... no need to bribe anyone. Google it. These guys are everywhere, they're a dime a dozen, very easy to find, and very approachable. They are not hiding.

The land we are looking at is primarily going to be around Washington D.C. It's also annoying when contacting these guys. Is there a reason why some just never get back to you?
