Helping someone underwrite an industrial property, and only 60% confident that I know what the current market looks like.
Anybody have recent loan terms that they're willing to share on an industrial acquisition (Rate / Amortization Term / Interest Only Period)?
Also, what are discount rates looking like for acquiring a core/stabilized industrial property?
